Prepare for a night where your pulse is the only thing faster than the screams. PrimEvil, Norfolk’s multi-award-winning scare attraction, is returning to ROARR! Dinosaur Adventure this October 2026 for its most terrifying season yet. Whether you’re a seasoned horror enthusiast or a first-timer looking to test your limits, PrimEvil offers a visceral, immersive experience that goes far beyond simple jump-scares.
Step into a world where the line between reality and nightmare is blood-red. This October, PrimEvil transforms the Norfolk countryside into a sprawling festival of fright. Explore six uniquely themed haunts—from the claustrophobic depths of The Crypt to the neon-drenched madness of the Circus of Terror.
It’s not just about the haunts; it’s an all-night atmosphere. Between scares, you can steady your nerves at the Food & Drink Hub, catch live music, or brave the Predator High Ropes under the moonlight. With roaming street actors lurking in every shadow, nowhere is truly safe.
Are you brave enough to face the forest?
PrimEvil runs on select nights throughout October and into early November 2026. While specific dates are announced closer to the season, the event typically begins mid-October. Gates open at 6:00 PM, and the terror continues until 11:00 PM. Last entry to the park is generally at 9:00 PM.
PrimEvil is an intense, high-adrenaline event designed for adults and older children.
Minimum Age: 12 years old.
Supervision: Anyone under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult (18+) at all times, including inside the haunts.
Proof of Age: Be prepared to show ID if you look younger than 12 (or 18 if you’re the chaperone!).
There are several ways to experience the fear, depending on your “scare tolerance”:
All Haunts: Entry to the park plus one-time access to all six haunts.
Fast Track: Includes everything in “All Haunts” plus priority entry to bypass the longest queues.
VIP: Unlimited Fast Track access to all haunts and a free drink to calm your nerves.
Super VIP: The ultimate package—unlimited access, food vouchers, exclusive merchandise, and access to the Shock Chairs and Waltzer.
This is an outdoor event in Norfolk in October—it will be cold, and it will likely be damp!
Footwear: Wear sturdy, closed-toe shoes or boots. High heels and flip-flops are strongly discouraged (and dangerous when you’re running from a chainsaw).
Clothing: Dress in warm layers and bring a waterproof jacket. You will be walking through wooded areas and uneven terrain.
In short: No. The actors are doing their jobs! Refunds are not issued for “scaring out” or for failing to complete all haunts. If a particular haunt is too much, there are emergency exits clearly marked in every attraction.
Yes. The Food & Drink Hub features a variety of street food vendors and a fully licensed bar.
Note: You cannot bring your own alcohol. Bag searches are conducted at the entrance, and any outside alcohol will be confiscated.
PrimEvil is a physical experience involving strobe lighting, smoke effects, loud noises, and uneven ground. While some haunts are accessible, others involve narrow corridors or steps. If you have specific accessibility requirements, it is best to contact the organizers in advance to plan your visit.
Pro Tip: Tickets for peak nights (especially Halloween and the surrounding Saturdays) sell out weeks in advance. If you’re planning a “Scream Squad” outing, book early to avoid disappointment!
