The Cromer Carnival returns on the 17th August 2024 . One of the largest Carnivals in the country and culminating in Carnival day on the 21st August with the Red Arrows dominating the skies overhead.
The highlight of the summer season in North Norfolk is the Cromer Carnival, beginning on 17th August until 23rd August , with Carnival Day being 21st August. During this time the whole coast comes out to party, with the Red Arrows appearing on Carnival Day.
Cromer Carnival Car Boot Sale
There will be a full programme of events on the Carnival Field, with the Car Boot Sale running all day, Saturday 12th August.
Plenty of craft stalls in the marquee and events in the arena on the field. Events for the day are still in planning, so we’ll add o this as information becomes available.
Carnival Sunday
The day will start with Morning Service at the church of St Peter and St Paul, with the service commencing at 10.30am. Miss Cromer and her attendants will be there to welcome you.
The it’s down to the pier forecourt for the crowning of Miss Cromer 2022, 12.30pm.
Then it’s off to the Carnival Field with a range of activities and the Children’s Fancy Dress competition at 3.30pm. You’re probably already planning your entry with your children or grandchildren. More to close the day at both the parish church and the marquee.
