As you’d expect from a Bear Grylls festival\, there are plenty of opportunities to put mud or camo on your face and run through the river or go through the sheep dip or giant water mud slide or rafting. It’s about exploring new adventures\, new experiences and new limits all while having fun… \n \nThese range from archery\, abseiling\, survival skills\, axe and spear throwing\, to tree climbing\, break dance workshops\, foraging walks\, shelter construction\, raft building\, rock climbing\, wild swimming and SUP experiences. \nMany activities are included but some like the colour run\, firewall\, air stunt bag and quad biking are premium (pay extra) options. \nAmong the must-do highlights of the festival is the commando assault course which takes participants around the estate grounds with the opportunity to get muddy on the various obstacles they meet on the way. \nProviding an unforgettable and affordable escape\, where families can spend time together in the great outdoors\, the festival is expected to sell out quickly\, with only 5\,000 tickets available.
