Location:  Thornham combined with home working 

Hours: 12 hours per week over 2/3 days

Salary: £20 per hour

Love Norfolk is a dynamic and growing company with a passion for showcasing the best of the Norfolk coast. We operate a collection of unique hospitality businesses, including:

 * Wild Luxury Glamping: The Original Norfolk Glamping company with two camps at Thornham and Ringstead

 * Anna's House in Thornam: A  boutique room only hotel in Thornham 

 * Magazine Wood: Upscale B&B overlooking the Norfolk Coast. 

In addition to our hospitality ventures, Love Norfolk is also a new online digital marketing agency specialising in promoting businesses in the Norfolk hospitality sector.

About the Role:

This is a varied and exciting opportunity for a highly organised and motivated individual to join our team. As Project Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the smooth running of our hospitality businesses and contribute to the success of our marketing agency.

Responsibilities:

 * Hospitality Coordination:

   * Assist with managing bookings and guest enquiries for our glamping sites and B&B operations.

   * Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure properties are well-maintained and guest-ready.

   * Help organise and manage events or special projects related to our hospitality business.

 * Marketing Coordination:

   * Support implementation of digital marketing campaigns for our clients.

   * Assist with content creation, including social media posts, blog articles, and website updates.

   * Conduct research and gather data to inform marketing strategies.

   * Monitor and analyse campaign performance, providing reports and insights.

   

Skills and Experience:

 * Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.

 * Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.

 * Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

 * Experience with social media platforms and basic understanding of digital marketing principles.

 * A proactive and problem-solving approach with a keen eye for detail.

 * A passion for the Norfolk coast and an interest in the hospitality industry.

 * Previous experience in a coordination or administrative role is desirable, but not essential.
