Fakenham Races Meetings & Events 2025

Fakenham Racecourse hosts up to 12 meetings which include New Years Week,  Easter Monday, Ladies Day and a Christmas fixture. The course is a National Hunt course whereby horses compete over hurdles or fences. Horses travel from all over the country to compete with big crowds cheering them on. Race days include hospitality and lifestyle outlets.

Not Forgetting events like the Revel Festival and Artisan Fairs happening over the coming months.

National Hunt racing at Fakenham has been going on for well over 100 years, with racing there being consistent since its inception with the exception of the war years. In 2002, the grandstand that had stood on site since 1953 was replaced by a new model, which cost over £1m. In the same year the King replaced the Queen as the patron of the course and he was granted the honour of opening the brand new stand.
